I bought an Enviro pellet insert from Demers in August of 2014. I did the transaction almost entirely via email, which worked out well given my limited availability during the day. Holden Demers was great at getting back to me with prompt and thorough answers to all of my questions (and I had a LOT of questions!).
Since it's only the first week of September and it has been warm, I haven't had a chance to put the Enviro through a full test, so I can't really comment on the unit itself, except to say that we chose a porcelain finish and it really looks great in our living room. Holden posted before and after pics on their website, so check it out. It's a dark brown insert with a tall fieldstone chimney and a clock on the mantle. I'll try to remember to come back and follow-up on the performance of the insert once we get it fully up to speed.

These folks are the best. Good work, good advice and a good product. I bought a perfect propane fueled "wood" stove and am very happy with the quality and price. Great team installed it. I liked the company so much i bought some furniture from them as well. I would recommend without reservation.
Demers did the install as well. The crew was polite and really fast! They did mention that I had a good fireplace and chimney for the install, which I guess made things run smoother. After about 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours, the insert was fully installed and tested.
