I went there on the weekend to get a watch band fixed which another business messed up by losing the collars to the pins. The lady (Lisa) was very nice and fixed the broken side and attempted to find the other broken pin but couldn't. The watch lasted 3 days before the band fell apart from the side that she couldn't fix.
I went in this morning to try and get them to continue the fix that I had already paid for and was told that this lady would only be in for 3 hours in the next couple days (2-5pm) which is not friendly to a normal work schedule. I then talked to the owner who said the same thing. I couldn't believe that out of the two other employees no one else was capable of putting a pin in my watch band. I could have done this in a few minutes with the tools. I'll now pay someone else to fix this that can do it in a more timely manner.
Very poor service......didn't seem to care about satisfying my sons need to buy a special charm for his mother. Special order for mothers day came in 5 weeks late and was wrong one! no apology.....no offer of discount...no interest in making it right. told my son he might have better luck online or in St Johnsbury, VT. One word...WOW!!
