They get two stars for calling back. However, when I asked if there were any appointments available for tomorrow, I was told "no, we're all in training all day." No question on why I needed to be seen, would another day work, nothing. Just "it's our annual training day!" Yippee. I'll try not to shoot myself until ya'll are fully trained. FFS
