Poor Customer Service ! Called looking for a specific trailer . Yes , we have one in stock but we can't sell it , why not , it's our display model. Oh ok ? So can you order me one ??? Hmm , we have a couple trucks of frt. coming in but have no idea whats on them. Call back in a couple days. Can you order me one ? Nah , not really , your should use our website for that. Incredible ! Then business's wonder why so many people shop on line.
Bad experience. Met judy she was extremely awful and rude she was more worried about closing then making a sale to me the defeats the purpose of running a business won't be coming back there if staff is so rude. Hopefully management will see this and sit her down.
I have always visited the harbor freight's down south to get great deals on tools. This is like all of the other stores, great deals and even better with the coupons.
