We have an artesian well and early one morning realized the water was not running. We contacted Carr Well & Pump Service and they were here before 9am even though they had a couple of other calls before us. They diagnosed the problem quickly and made sure we understood the situation. There were signs that our tank was starting to fail that we missed (low water pressure/cycling on and off) - had we realized this, the project may not have been as involved. However, on the plus side - they specifically work on wells and had all the replacement parts in stock and had us up and running before they left. Both Shawn and Larry were extremely professional. Their rates were also very reasonable. I would use them again and not hesitate to recommend them.
neighbors to my right was at 140 ft. down at 5 gal min. both neighbors wells are within 500 ft. away from my well.
They Drilled my Artesian well down 400 Ft. Claimed I was only getting 1 Gal a min. Neighbors to my left was 200 feet down at 6 gal min
Hired a different company to install the pump, they ran the new pump to drain the well (Standard procedure)
Beware of this Company!!! “Dishonest” Charged me $3,000 more that I needed to pay!!!
8 hr later the pump was still Running gushing out the water and they had to install a over flow drain because it filled right back up and was flooding my yard.
a day later after paying them almost $7000 the water was pushing out of the top of my well.
1.5 gal per foot x 400 Feet depth divided by 10 GPM of my new 1hp Goulds pump should have emptied the well in 1 hour.
