Had a referral to have a tooth removed via being put to sleep, scheduled me for a month out for consultation. within days i was in extreme pain, called to see what they could do, nurse was decent about getting me in the next day (after repeating multiple times to have $104 ready AT THE TIME OF apt). Got in, saw the dentist for 5 minutes, then to scheduling. Was told (mind you while sitting in intense pain) that the earliest they could do anything was two months out!! This is due to the dr. (not sure who, nor do i care) only comes in a couple days a month. This is unacceptable, and not my problem. I left mad as hell as i just spent $104 to tell me what my dentist already told me (tooth needs to be pulled under anesthetics) and to not have an apt for two months. The infection from the tooth would killed me before i made it to the appointment. BAD PRACTICE. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Also as the last review stated, not very personable at all. Called back and asked for a refund and was told "sorry no refunds". Great way to make $100 in ten minutes!
Awful customer service! Lady on the phone was VERY rude. I cancelled an appointment and rescheduled an appointment last year, long story short I cancelled that appointment as well due to being very busy with life and not having time to fit it in to make the 2 hour drive north for a consultation (that i already had at the dentist mind you). So as I tried to schedule an appointment now a year later because I am in so much pain with my wisdom teeth, the lady gives me an attitude, tells me I never called or showed up for my last appointment (I never scheduled another appointment in the first place), and tells me she WILL NOT schedule me an appointment. Period.That is just wrong. Not even listening to the fact it must of been a miscommunication because I never knew/thought I had another appointment. I wouldn't recommend even talking to these people, never mind letting them work on your teeth!
