Slow service... VIP had my car for 3 days to only find out they ordered the wrong radiator and said it will be another 3 days before they can get the right radiator. I told them I am already broke from renting a car for 3 days. They said they can put this radiator in but I won't have air conditioning. Never got an apology or what can we do to make this right! Lousy just plain poor service. Drive the other direction is all I can say...
Great service, when finding something wrong they bring you a estimate for parts and labor. They also showed me the parts that went bad for it so they know I know they're not joshin me around. I've gotten a few sets of tires here over the years, better service than a dealer
This is the second time in a row I have dropped off my 4 wheels to have new tires put on them with the plans of picking them up at the end of the week..Big surprise when I got there the wheels still hand not been touched. I told the sales clerk that I dropped the wheels off 4 days in advance just so I didn't have to wait and this time the tires that I wanted and was supposed to be in stock wasn't so I had to settle for something else. NEVER AGAIN ! For a place of business it is not
Great staff. Competitive pricing. Reasonable waiting periods while work is being done. Recommend making an appointment, but they do accept walk-ins.
I had called to order 4 brand-new studded snow tires. I was on hold for 7 mins and they asked if they could call me back in 45 mins. 1 hr later i called back and they tried to say that they would then call me in another hour. I asked if they want to sell tires or not, said wheres the manager, said he was (dave) and then he decided to take my order. He said he placed the order to have them shipped, told me to call back on monday to take payment, i call 4 times throught the day on monday, and just rings, will never recommend this place to people, customer service is horrible and they dont take time to talk to you or try to help. Good place, bad people. As a mechanic myself, this promotes bad business for people.
