From the day I purchased my 2017 Volt to now I have had nothing but good experiences at Littleton Chevrolet. They helped me buy a Thule bicycle rack for the Volt and now we go bicycling on a whim.
Original post; I went with the sole purpose of entering the contest drawing. I told the sales person when I got there I could not afford a car.... It was like they didn't hear me. Very pushy. Disappointed because I liked the place. I know what I want, a Colorado, but can't afford it at this time. They may have lost a customer, even when I can afford it! I don't like not being heard! Other than that, the place is clean, organized and they were very nice, just pushy.
John was a great help for getting my moon roof fixed. Even had it done quicker than he estimated! A new shield, smooth motion to open and close... and no more sticky black goo! ;) Only hiccup, if you will, was the spray bottle of something akin to acetone, or the such, that got left in my backseat. I have since returned it.
I had heard the electric hybrids did not provide good heat, not mine, toasty warm. I like the opportunity to switch my energy use to gas to co serve electric for about Town running around at my destinations.
Guess I just love this little car. Easy;to wash up and nice finish stays pretty clean on our dirt roads.
Worth the drive 120 miles from home passing by many other dealerships to buy the exactly right car for the right price. Twice. Staff is charming across the board.
Can’t get over the mileage even with gasoline.
UPDATE: I just added another star after having received a call from the manager. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. I truly appreciated being heard. I changed this from 3 to 4 stars because that deserves a second chance! I will definitely visit them when I can afford to make a purchase. Thank you, Duane for caring enough to reach out to me.
I have had warranty work and each time my Little Volt runs better and better. Love this electric drive and easy charging. This summer I bought more gas for my riding lawn mower than I did for the Volt and the Volt was much more fun. Next up...snow tires and last winter the Volt ran most quietly with those, but then we really didn’t have much snow.
I felt at home and everyone was friendly an ready to help. This dealership took the time to help me get my needs met
